Palouse Pathways Welcomes Rachel Geier as New Program Director
Palouse Pathways is excited to announce that Rachel Geier has joined our team as Program Director.
Rachel is a Clarkston, WA native who has spent her career finding new ways to help people learn. She earned her BA in English from Washington State University, and got her first taste of the post-secondary world as an undergrad, working as a TA for WSU's Human Development department. Since then, she's spent six years in early childhood education and two and a half years as an instructional designer, building a career centered on meeting learners where they are.
Rachel is thrilled to bring that experience to Palouse Pathways, and can't wait to dig in and help local high schoolers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
"I believe the biggest reward is the journey and what you learn along the way, not the destination," Rachel says. "I can't wait to help our local high schoolers navigate one of the biggest journeys of their lives."
Rachel lives in Pullman with her husband, Jared, and their daughter, Adeline. Please join us in welcoming her to the Palouse Pathways community!
